Many of my clients identify as Caribbean and South Asian, or are children of immigrants navigating the weight of cultural expectations, family pressure, and identity conflicts.

As a Guyanese-Canadian psychotherapist, I understand the unspoken layers that can shape our stories and relationships.

While much of my work supports Caribbean and South Asian communities, I warmly welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, faiths, and identities.
